Liverpool City Council and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority are currently working in partnership with Kier Property / CTP (Kier) to bring forward the area’s 400,000 sq ft Grade A office development.

Significant investment has already been committed by all parties to reach the current stage. Liverpool City Council have completed remediation and enabling works to the site, and Kier Property’s proposed scheme has full planning consent.
