Located on Liverpool’s Dale Street, The Municipal Liverpool Hotel will open on as part of ‘MGallery’ – Accor Group’s luxury boutique-hotel brand.
The venue will span four floors and include 179 rooms with a design that pays homage to the building’s heritage with French and Italian influences.
Reminders of the Municipal building’s past life as a council building will also remain visible throughout the space, including a series of 7-foot-tall statues on the façade, to vintage phones and library style desks indoor.
The central Palm Court bar and lounge will sit in the heart of the site and, during the day, The Botanic Tea room will serve drinks, patisseries and afternoon tea options for guests and visitors.
Additionally, the wellness areas of the hotel will incorporate a swimming pool, sauna and stream room, fitness area and treatment rooms alongside a salon and spa, while six large boardrooms will also be available to hire.
