Liverpool City Council is set to make a powerful impact at UKREiiF 2025 with a trio of compelling events that spotlight the city’s transformative regeneration, housing innovation, and waterfront development. Hosted at the Liverpool City Region Pavilion, these sessions will bring together key stakeholders, investors, and thought leaders to explore the future of one of the UK’s most dynamic urban regions.

Reimagining the River Mersey: The Next Chapter for Liverpool’s Iconic Waterfront

Liverpool’s globally recognised waterfront is entering a bold new era. This panel will explore major regeneration schemes including Kings Dock, Festival Gardens, and Liverpool Waters, alongside the city’s new Waterfront Strategy. With contributions from Liverpool City Council, Everton FC, Wirral Waters, and BDP, delegates will gain insight into how public-private partnerships are reshaping the waterfront into a thriving hub for homes, business, culture, and leisure.
