NEW £65M LIVERPOOL RESIDENTIAL SCHEME SET TO REGENERATE CITY CENTRE THOROUGHFARE ROUTE
Sourced Construction Grouphas acquired a site close to Liverpool city centre with planning consent for 310 apartments.
The £65m development, designed by architects’ practice Jennings Design Associates, will comprise a mix of one- and two- bedroom apartments.
Sourced Construction Group will bring forward the residential scheme, with phase one of the project due to start this year.
Grosvenor Square will feature 310 luxury apartments set out across four, nine-storey buildings.
The communal facilities for residents sole use feature landscaped gardens, parking facilities, working space, secure bicycle storage and also boast a 24-hour reception/concierge service.
The scheme will create more than 200 new jobs while providing redevelopment to the currently unused site.
It is located in the Bevington Bush, overlooking LJMUs James Parsons Building and the new Merseyside Police headquarters.
The site is in easy walking distance of Liverpool city centre and Liverpool’s dock area.
Cheshire-based Sourced Development Group, which acquired the site, plans to bring forward 1,600 homes across the North West during the next three years.
Other developments include Westminster Park, a 614-apartment development, which is currently in the early stages of construction near to the neighbouring Grosvenor Square site
A spokesperson for Sourced Development Group said:

Grosvenor Square has a GDV of approximately £65m.
