DIGITAL MANUFACTURING WEEK RETURNS WITH 5-DAY ONLINE FESTIVAL EVENT
Europe’s largest festival of advanced manufacturing usually takes place annually in Liverpool City Region, this year, due to the global covid-19 pandemic, the forthcoming 2020 event will be held online, but this change is simply a new modification that is only set to expand and enhance what was already a hugely ambitious and super-advanced event.
Taking place from the 9-13 November 2020, Digital Manufacturing Week is a celebration of advanced manufacturing that attracts thousands of manufacturers every year, bringing together ideas, experience and energy across a range of events engineered to support their digital transformation journeys.
Digital Manufacturing Week 2020 will enable people to join and meet with over 10,000 peers from manufacturing, digital and tech companies on the festival’s interactive virtual engagement platform. Delegates will benefit from shared insights, global best practice and expert content to help you redefine their business model to drive design innovation, operational efficiencies and optimise supply chains.
This years online event will also reflect on the challenges facing UK manufacturing today, in a post-pandemic world and the great skill with which manufacturers will need to meet these challenges. Founder and Chair of Digital Manufacturing Week, Lord Bilimoria CBE, said:

Digital Manufacturing Week is an international festival of advanced manufacturing, researched and produced by ‘The Manufacturer’ magazine. Billed as a huge learning opportunity, the five-day event will this year comprise of dozens of manufacturing events and feature hundreds of seminars.
