MOMENTUM GROUP COMPLETES ON LATEST LIVERPOOL ONE DEAL
Momentum Group has marked its first year in business by working on the launch of a venue at Liverpool ONE.
The company was co-founded by Chris Bliss and Chris Renshaw to provide clients with four aspects of project delivery and property management: advice, build, manage and maintain.
Those making up the group include Momentum North West, Momentum Build, Momentum Property Management and Momentum Facilities Management.
The first of the four provides project management for Liverpool ONE and has most recently assisted on Pull&Bear opening a store on Paradise Street. Chris Bliss said:
“While Chris and I had high hopes, our first year has exceeded our expectations. Special thanks, however, must go to our clients and team. Without their support and commitment, we could not have had such a strong start.”
Renshaw added: “We are a company created out of the North West and plan to specialise in the region, providing a unique set of skills and experience to leading property owners, developers and managers.
“We have had a great start, but there is more to come.”
