Hive Projects expands into 100,000 sq ft site at Liverpool Waters
Leading industry experts, Hive Projects, has expanded its offering throughout the North West and beyond, having taken office space at Peel L&P’s 100,000 sq ft state-of-the-art No.12 Princes Dock site on Liverpool Waters.

Signing a fixed term lease keeping Hive Projects in Liverpool until at least April 2025, Hive Projects move to the city will see them overlook the city’s iconic waterfront, with the company recently starting work on a cost management project near the office adjacent to the new £500m Everton FC Bramley Moore Dock Stadium.
With a growing team of 17 employees, Hive Projects staff members will now have the option to work flexibly between its Manchester HQ and new Liverpool site, with its waterfront location due to drive recruitment opportunities for local people in the Liverpool City Region, throughout the upcoming months and years.
Already an integral part of the Liverpool waterfront, Princes Dock is the first phase of Liverpool Waters and is located adjacent to the iconic Royal Liver Building. With panoramic views of the River Mersey, Princes Dock is an established world-class business and leisure destination, located in the heart of the city.
Alongside Grade A office space, the Princes Dock neighbourhood also provides residential buildings, a multi-storey car park, and leisure facilities, which include restaurants and coffee bars, public open water swimming sessions, canoeing and scuba diving, as well as the Malmaison and Crowne Plaza hotels and the Liverpool International Cruise Liner Terminal.

No. 12 Princes Dock is home to some of the most prestigious organisations in the UK including Cargill, CMA and CGM Shipping. The building has a double height reception and entrance together with a full height glazed atrium which provides breakout space.
Set up in 2020, Hive Projects has defied the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic by generating turnover in excess of £1m in year two, the result of a diverse and robust client portfolio that includes the likes of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, Stockport Council and Oldham Council. Its workforce has also increased fivefold in the same two-year period.
