The annual Digital Manufacturing Week returns to Liverpool City Region next month. The event illuminates the digital manufacturing innovations of tomorrow, to help businesses of all kinds, prepare for a very different future. WHAT IS DIGITAL MANUFACTURING WEEK?

Taking place at Exhibition Centre Liverpool, from 12-15 November, Digital Manufacturing Week is a national festival of advanced manufacturing, researched and produced by ‘The Manufacturer’ magazine. Billed as a huge learning opportunity, the four-day event comprises dozens of manufacturing events and features hundreds of seminars.

Digital Manufacturing Week provides manufacturers with the confidence to navigate the increasingly complex field of digital manufacturing through clear, practical and engaging sessions that enable delegates to truly understand how their business can utilise new technologies available to them.

Always a highlight, Digital Manufacturing Week’s Smart Factory Expo provides a platform for digitally-savvy manufacturers to meet world-leading solution providers and their partner ecosystems; digital manufacturing specialists, tech start-ups, consultants and a selection of award-winning manufacturers, that are setting the standard and pace for entire industries.

Centred around eight visitor zones (Smart Factory,  Digital Transformation, Internet of Things, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing Innovation, Cyber Security, Field Service & Supply Chain and Logistics) Smart Factory Expo provides an immersive and revelling look at the future of manufacturing, across all industries, under one roof, with practical demonstrations and advice and support.

MANUFACTURING LEADERS’ SUMMIT

Bursting with contributions from some of the biggest names in manufacturing today, including Aston Martin, BAE Systems, Jaguar Land Rover and Caterpillar inc, The Manufacturing Leader’s Summit works to help board-level decision making delegates future proof their business through thought-leadership roundtables focussed on growth and innovation, with expert discussion groups covering everything from nanotechnology to big data and information security to supply chain and logistics.
